During these trying times we are committed to protecting the health of your family and ours.  Below we have listed some of the precautions we have taken as well as options to make sure everyone is comfortable and feels safe. 

Masks

  • You may notice that our employees are not always wearing masks. This is because we believe we have created a safe "bubble" for them to work in. Our crew is temperature checked every morning. All visitors entering the building are asked to wear face coverings (deliveries, insurance reps, and customers), and our employees are very cautious in their personal lives.
  • If you would like us to wear a mask during anytime your in contact with our employee please ASK. We understand every person has their own "bubble" to protect and are happy to do whatever is needed to make you and your family comfortable.


Surfaces

  • All high traffic areas are  thoroughly disinfected at the start of every day.
  • Twice a week the office and break room are fogged with a disinfectant.
  • Door handles, steering wheels, and other high touch areas of your vehicle are cleaned at the start and end of every repair.


Low or Zero contact 

  • Estimates can be written inside or outside.
  • We can accept payments through Zelle.
  • Outside:   If you choose to stay outside simply call when you arrive and we will come out to you.
  • Inside:  If you would rather pull inside sound the horn and we will open the door.  Wait with your car until an estimator welcomes you.  After reviewing the damage our estimator will step into the office to prepare an estimate, during this time we request you stay in your vehicle to protect our employees. While inside the "shop area" we hope you will feel comfortable knowing it has always been a high ventilation area. In order to deal with the fumes and dust that is unavoidable in our business our production area  is equipped with a powerful fresh air and exhaust system.
  • At this time we have to ask that customers do not use our waiting area or enter our office.  It will reopen once we can develop a system that ensures the safety of all.
  • Typically we only need a signature when you drop off your vehicle. We do our best to maintain distance but if you would prefer a "zero contact" experience let us know. We can certainly make any needed adjustment to be sure everyone is safe.
